The Canon BJC-50 (and BJC-50v) is a portable Inkjet printer from the late 90s. It supported printing with both black, and CMYK inks, and scanning with a special print head (IS-12). It connects via Parallel or IRDA.
The BJC-50v is just the Japanese version of the BJC-50. It looks like only the labels on the top are changed, and a BJC-50 driver works fine. You may need to "Select the Driver from a list" and pick the BJC-50 to force the driver.

See this page on archive.org. You can download that ISO and extract it, and run the EXE in the main folder. Pick the BJC-50 and hit the big install button.
This ISO include the IS-SCAN driver and I've confirmed it to work.
